Titanium Septum Keepers are the premium way to hide your nose piercing but do not want your septum piercing to close up. Just flip up the U shaped keeper into your nostril! For all gauges, measurement between straight shafts is 5.5mm. Available in several gauges and also in Black Steel, Bioflex and Surgical Steel.

What if the body jewellery doesn't fit my piercing?
We send all of our jewellery out in a clear sealed hygiene bag. So long as the bag is unopened, you can exchange it.
