Titanium Internally Threaded Labrets with a Surgical Steel 8 Point Jewelled Star in 1.2mm gauge. The 8 point jewelled star is also available in Gold Steel. The tips of the star measure 4.5mm across at the maximum points. Popular for ear piercings including tragus, cartilage and helix. Attachments suitable for 1.2mm internally threaded jewellery can be used with this jewellery.
