This pretty Bezel Set Crescent top has a 3.5mm synthetic Opal with two side Opals in 2mm. These are for internal thread shafts and are perfect for your new ear piercings. This attachment is 7.5mm across in total and has the standard 0.9mm thread on it that will fit internal thread Labret Studs, Bars etc that measure 1.2mm gauge.
