This gorgeous Surgical Steel Jewelled Diamond Shape Micro Bar is great for a Rim, Helix, Cartilage or Tragus ear piercing. Size 1.2mm gauge, 6mm length. The plain ball unscrews but the attachment is fixed to the bar. The Diamond shape is approximately 6.5mm high and 6mm wide.
