Steel internally threaded labret. The labret shaft is not threaded as usual but is hollow with the thread on the inside. The attachment (eg: ball) has a small thread protruding. The benefit of this is that the labret is more comfortable to fit and that a smaller attachment can be used leading to a more subtle piercing.

What if the body jewellery doesn't fit my piercing?
We send all of our jewellery out in a clear sealed hygiene bag. So long as the bag is unopened, you can exchange it.
