The faux pearl is beautifully suspended between 2 chains and will fit internal threaded shafts measuring 1.2mm. The curved bar is 12mm across ans is available in Steel or Gold Steel. Perfect For the Helix piercing. This attachment will fit TDi internal thread Labret studs, Bars etc.
