This Surgical Steel Internal Cluster Thread Top for 1.2mm gauge shafts has one larger, Synthetic Opal Stone surrounded by 11 sparkly CZ Jewels. This attachment is 7mm across and has the standard 0.9mm thread on it that will fit TDi internal thread Labret Studs, Bars etc that measure 1.2mm gauge.
