The Pear Jewel is bezel set for security and is available in Surgical Steel. It is approximately 4mm wide and 5.4mm high. For internal threaded shafts measuring 1.2mm and has the standard 0.9mm thread on it. This attachment will fit internal thread Labret Studs, Bars etc.
