Steel Barbed Wire Top. Available in Steel and Gold Steel, this top is for internal threaded shafts measuring 1.2mm and has the standard 0.9mm thread on it. The Barbed Wire measures 4.5mm wide and 4.2mm tall. This attachment will fit internal thread Labret Studs, Bars etc. Also available in Titanium and Gold Titanium.
