This 6 jewel cascade chain top is gorgeous. The top measures approximately 8mm for the shortest chain and 18mm for the longest chain. The jewels at the top are 6.5mm wide and is available both Left Facing and Right Facing in Steel and Gold Steel. Suitable for internal threaded shafts measuring 1.2mm and has the standard 0.9mm thread on it. This attachment will fit internal thread Labret Studs, Bars etc.
