This 6 jewel cascade chain top is Gorgeous. This top, for internal threaded body jewellery, measures approx. 8mm for the shortest chain and 18mm for the longest chain the jewels at the top are 6.5mm wide. Available for both the left and right ear, In Steel and Gold plated Steel. Suitable for internal threaded shafts measuring 1.2mm and has the standard 0.9mm thread on it. This attachment will fit internal thread Labret Studs, Bars etc.
