This incredibly beautiful 4 cone cascade chain top is elegant and stylish. This top for internal threaded body jewellery measures 5mm for the shortest chain and 20mm for the longest chain the concealed curve bar is 9mm inside diameter. Available for both the left and right ear, in Steel and Gold Steel. Suitable for internal threaded shafts measuring 1.2mm and has the standard 0.9mm thread on it. This attachment will fit internal thread Labret Studs, Bars etc.
