These Bioflex Push-fit 925 Sterling Silver Heart Labrets may help your piercing heal sooner as they are biocompatible. Sizes available are 1.0mm and 1.2mm gauge. The diameter of the Heart is approximately 3.5mm wide and 3mm high. Also available with a Titanium Heart top in different colours. NB: These are push-fittings. Twist while pulling apart to separate.

We send all of our jewellery out in a clear sealed hygiene bag. So long as the bag is unopened, you can exchange it.
