These Acrylic Nose Bone Retainers are great if you are trying to hide your nose piercing but want to avoid leaving the piercing empty and in danger of healing up. Size is 0.8mm gauge, 6mm length. Other Nose Retainers available are L Shape with a flat disk and Screw Type with a half ball. Also available are Eyebrow Retainers, Navel Retainers, Labret Retainers and Tongue Retainers.

We send all of our jewellery out in a clear sealed hygiene bag. So long as the bag is unopened, you can exchange it.
